So you have your 3 action steps twords your goals daily. What about everything else women have to do that day; Cook, clean, job, kids ect? Do the minimum so there's energy for goals?
@MissTrenchcoat6 күн бұрын
You may want to check out my latest training called How to Plan for a Balanced and Successful Life. Essentially, we all have those daily responsibilities that aren't related to our goals, but in order to get those items done quickly/efficiently, you need to time block and schedule those items strategically in your day/week. Also, i do recommend doing your top 3 as early as possible so you are spending your best energy on important work. Cooking. cleaning etc aren't tasks that require us to be at our best, and those tasks can be batched. I usually meal prep and batch cook my food so I only need to cook twice a week and that cuts back on my time cooking and cleaning for the week.
In what order of the boxes should things get done? Urgent and important are first, obviously. But would Not Urgent, but Important be #2 or would Urgent, but Not Important be #2?
@MissTrenchcoat7 күн бұрын
Great question- Not Urgent but Important tasks need to be scheduled for when you will do them later- so you won't need to take action on them immediately, but you should take a moment and assign them to the proper dates to get done. When I am working through this process, I generally think of my urgent tasks as "this week" so, anything in Not Urgent/ Important would be scheduled for next week or further out. I then work on Urgent and Not Important- in terms of either delegating those tasks to people who find them important or putting together a system. So, this would be my workflow. 1. Do the brain dump 2. Review the tasks to assign to the right quadrant of the matrix. 3. After everything is in a box, I will go ahead and allocate the Not Urgent /Important tasks to the right day/week/month they belong to. 4. Review the Urgent/Not Important to see what I can quickly delegate to get off my plate. 5. Complete Urgent/Important box 6. Complete leftovers of Urgent/Not Important box 7. Complete scheduled tasks on their assigned days.

I feel that my planner at this moment is causing a hindrance. I definitely need to rethink.
Q: what is the difference between this planner and the CEO planner on your page?
@MissTrenchcoat28 күн бұрын
The Charmed Life Master Planner is a full planner in every sense of the word, time management, task management, project and idea generation and management etc- meant for all areas of your life to merge together in one planning tool. The CEO Strategy Planner was designed as a supplemental set of business specific inserts to help organize and plan for your business. If you haven't seen the inserts, I highly recommend checking out one of my walk thru videos to get a sense of the pages and how to use them and why they are so different from standard planning pages. For years, I used my Charmed Life Master Planner alone, but eventually I wanted to take the steps and processes I used for planning my business (which are pretty specific to business and aren't equally relatable to other areas of life) and turn them into inserts I could add to my planner to keep specific information together. So, now, I use both- the CEO Strategy Planner lives inside my digital Master Planner in one of the divided sections in my Notes area. When I created the CEO Planner I added extra inserts into it that others might need to boost its functionality. But I don't use 100% of the CEO inserts, just the ones that truly supplement my master planner in a helpful way. Hope that helps!

I get more done when I just "DO" what needs done Today... Planning a Strategy or a System Falls apart 3 days later when I am motivated to Organize the basement on Wednesday instead of vacuum upstairs. I feel like I failed... But BY just going to work everyday I accomplish sooo much...and if I get sidetracked I just count the minutiae That I "DID DO" ...as Accomplishnent!!!

I've always agreed with you about using 1 planner. What I'd like to see (learn) is how you balance work tasks versus personal tasks, and how you list these in your planner. I've started working part-time from home after being retired and am feeling the squeeze of trying to get it all done.
@MissTrenchcoatАй бұрын
@@pmadrill1 the weekly inserts I use have a task list for business/work and another for personal. Then I assign my top 3 daily tasks each day from those lists and then choose additional items from those lists as well. Because I operate off the daily and weekly routines I have time blocks in my day and across my week for specific recurring tasks. I make sure my priorities are time blocked off.

Alexis - the term is ‘portrait’ not ‘vertical/up and down’, love.
@MissTrenchcoatАй бұрын
Yes you could use the terms portrait and landscape to describe the orientation of the digital planners but technically those terms refer to art and photography. I prefer the terms vertical and horizontal to describe planners. When I said up down, what I meant to say was north/south, again referring to the direction of the planner layout vs east/west.

I just found about this and going to purchase. I wanted to know when we purchased 2024 advent calendar do we get the previous iterations (2022 & 2023) ? just like those who purchased either the 2022 or 2023 Advent Calendars will have access to this year’s one. Thanks
@MissTrenchcoatАй бұрын
When you purchase the current version of the Advent Calendar you get the calendar as it is now, not the past versions. Those who purchased 2022 didn’t automatically get 2023 and visa versa. I gave the past years access to the current version because inserts they already purchased are included and I didn’t want them to pay for duplicates. Same as when I update a course or program, the existing purchasers get the update automatically.
