As much as I love watching Miss V, this house is so ugly I bailed half way through. It starts with the homely, cheap red brick, and extends to the doors and window arches. And, who put green slate with red brick? NO! Homeliest house Victoria has ever shown us….hope she is well after the tour. 😖🇺🇸

Too much exposed brickwork on the interior making it very dark and the brickwork in front of the windows it just doesn’t work, I love brick houses but this one looks like they have tried to make it into a piece of art than a home.

WOW!!!! That is really UGLY, yet would make an interesting company office. I realise art form is subjective but in this case for a live space it would be hard to call home.

It just needs some question mark blocks and Goomba plushies to be a Super Mario Bros level.

Victoria’s elegance in the real estate video presentation truly made my Sunday, as she graced the screen dressed in a shoulderless black shirt paired with a white plissé skirt and black lacquered leather high heels. Her stylish presence was a standout, radiating grace and charm. Unfortunately, the property featured in the video fell short of expectations. Despite being located in the prestigious Laguna Phuket, directly overlooking a championship golf course and offering a luxurious setup of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and dual living rooms, the house was a disappointment. The design, aiming for sustainable living, lacked a coherent style, blending various architectural ideas into a confused mix. Although the house boasted eco-friendly features like solar panels, a hybrid water heater, an EV connection, and a saltwater chlorinated pool, it failed to deliver the sophistication I seek in sustainable architecture. The property's interiors, including a mid-house courtyard with striking date palms and custom wood furnishings, could not mask the chaotic mishmash of styles. The exposed water pond, meant to be a feature, raised concerns about potential mosquito infestations, especially during the hot season. In my view, award-winning architect Patrick Keane missed the mark with this project. The only true highlight of the presentation was Victoria, whose beauty and impeccable style saved the day.

Victoria...this has to be the worst property I've actually seen you precent or any other property channel for that matter! The VERY best I can say about this property is... I hope the builders are coming back to finish the build, otherwise it looks like a private detention centre for a rich fool!

Sorry, I had to stop your video half way. This is one of the ugliest house I’ve seen. The architect is better suited to make bar art pieces instead of homes. Those brick are going to cause head injuries, wood paneling on the ac, not bothered by condensation…

If you like bricks you'll love the house. Not me. The bricks, together with tiled floors creates an echo / noise chamber. It's already evident when you hear Victoria competing with the air conditioner. The surrounding swamp looks like a mosquito's playground. I'm sorry to say but, of so many beautiful homes shown on this channel, this is the clearly the worst.

Several properties you’ve showcased are impressive, and a few are good, but this particular one is unsuitable for Thailand. It’s hard to imagine someone paying $2,900,000 for this property unless they were not in a clear state of mind - drunk, high or both.

Wow amazing, it gives me Frank Lloyd Wright vibes. I bet it will also keep cool very well. The combination with the greenish real stone floor and the red bricks is beautiful. The wood ceiling looks fantastic, it’s definitely an outstanding project, which is very distinctive from anything I have seen so far on this channel or other similar channels.
