Thank you for the video, it’s great! I was having trouble playing my trumpet (keep in mind it’s a school trumpet) so I ordered some cleaning supplies and looked up a video. And bro I don’t know the last time my trumpet was cleaned but there was black film coming out of the tubes 😭

Great video, really easy to follow, just want to check before I make a mistake.. When cleaning the slides, do you push the snake right the way through? Why not push the snake all the way through to the valve casings?... won't that just push the buildup around in the tubing??
