why doesnt the unit ship with all the different sized rollers? we got a brand new machine and there is only one roller. how are we supposed to print small labels without having to buy a small roller, and if we HAVE to do that, WHY is that not said on your site??

This rowdy racket completely puts me off the product what is needed is a Guy showing how to use the printer and the labels it makes. The Brother printers waste most of the expensive tape so this may be better. Would be great to know !!

Could this be used to duplicate 1D barcode labels when paired with an Android handheld scanning device such as the Zebra TC56? I'm imagining scanning a barcode into the label app and having the value reprinted on a new label.

The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system kzbin.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.
