I return to this rendition of "Come rosa in su la spina" every few weeks. Remarkable voice with unusual brilliance of tone, perhaps risking some hardness, but this tendendy is more than compensated for by nuanced delivery and PERFECT diction. It is hard to judge the size of the voice from KZbin videos, but I imagine that such a clear and ringing tone would carry in a house of any size. Bravo!

Your timbre sounds more like a baritone than a bass to me. You would have to know your vocal range. maybe you are a bass baritone but with a not very heavy voice

Sehr geehrter Herr Wolf, ich schätze Sie und Ihre Gesangsdarbietungen sehr, möchte aber, auch wenn es Ihr Kanal ist, darum bitten, auch den Trompetensolisten zu nennen. Soviel Respekt muss sein. Diese Arie hat nun mal zwei Solisten, und wenn einer der beiden fehlt, ist die ganze Arie nicht mehr viel Wert. Freundliche Grüße aus dem Schwabenland!

Das muss ich recherchieren. Der Trompeter, spielte im Tonkünstler Orchester. Damals herrschten strenge Corona Regeln. Wir durften nicht miteinander sprechen. Ich finde es heraus und ergänze es sehr sehr gerne.

Ich denke, es wäre besser, dieses Lied mit einem wolkigeren Feeling zu spielen. Die Absichten des Komponisten werden durch den Geisteszustand des jungen Mannes vor und nach der Modulation bestimmt.
