Sheep can be hard on pastures.
@406regen27 күн бұрын
Yes they can but so can any animal with poor management, sheep can also restore the land along with other animals with proper management, my sheep get moved in the growing season every day to new pasture and won't be back on the old pasture for at least a year. Thats what makes regenerative ag so exciting we as stewards of the land can manage to restore the soil and improve the land for future generations.

Is it a safe place to live?😮
@406regenАй бұрын
@SharonLooney-w5d that depends on your context the people are nice, but it is a hard environment the decent grocery stores are 52 miles away so is the hospital the next closest hospital is 92 miles away, the winters get extremely cold so if you are not prepared for it, it can unalive you in a hurry. We are starting to see wolf's and grizzly bears as well as mountain lions move into the area so there is that risk. Like I said it depends on what your context is you might feel more safe in a big city, I would feel less safe in a big city

I cant remember, but I think the early 5.7 Hemi was different than the one in the later models as far as cam and lifter issues You have likely checked already, but a lifter issue also could sound like an exhaust leak. Exhaust leaks are very common on these trucks. If it is an exhaust leak, that would be good news 😁

Around the 36 min mark uou mention prices. I am cheap. But the tough part for me is no transparancy. So if u cant know what ppl charge, and have to ask a favour to get a quote, I dont like to do business with them. A lot of established businesses act entitled, and like they arethe only ones who can do the job, which pushes me away.

@406regen2 ай бұрын
@wallyyuriy8912 yeah that's kinda the options a person has unfortunately it's either spray or plow and even Gabe brown would rather spray then plow , my only things is this place hasn't had mass chemicals put on it for 30 years so I'm trying to not have to do that, but at some point I need to grow our own chicken and pig feed so a small field might have to be put into production or I lease some other land at some point.

They enjoyed getting to work some and the sheep didn't even blow through the fence, the dogs have a harder time getting the flock to move in the big bunch but I knew when I called the sheep and started walking to a corner the sheep would come running. So the dogs could have a win no matter what the sheep did.
