Had this tonight on a 10 year old George Foreman grill I got in a yard sale! It's large like yours. Used Lawry's Steak and Chop marinade. Excellent. Thanks for posting. A senior in SW Florida.

Ya that seems to be a pretty heated subject these days! I took an impromptu survey just now around the office and I would say the results are split down the middle 50/50 with strong opinions on both sides! :)

Is that a 115 amp or 140 and where is pulley to give slack for belt
@pksworld_official4 ай бұрын
Pretty sure it was 115A but it's been a while. It was also a strange alternator that was difficult to get tested not every parts store could do it. The tensioner was somewhat centered in the middle of the engine and had a hex bolt that you put a wrench on and turned counter clockwise. Here is a video to help he loosens the belt around 2:09. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJrUp3eBd5mJa6M

Great video! You have some good ideas to make the job easier. One question I have is, does the Moog 220 fit in the front and rear positions on the shaft? I have ran across places saying they are different. Thanks !!

Hello! Yes on my truck that part # did fit both front and rear positions. Good luck!

You tried to be helpful and I appreciate that but it's so over the place that you can't follow it. Videos like these you have to start before you take everything apart and don't jump around everywhere.

You do not need to remove the filter box.

Not for a convertible. I tried this and the alternator will not come out the top, physically too large. Then I realized the convertible has a 140 amp vs the standard 115 amp alternator and the casing is lager. Good video even though I took out the power steering pump and dropped the A/C compressor😂

Anyone else had their master cylinder leak into the brake booster? Mine was and the intake sucked it in and burning brake fluid like crazy. Thought it was oil leaking onto the exhaust manifold but i was wrong

Worked out well, luckily had this info for that brake light plunger. I tried to skip removing the air box but that was critical. Easy to get the booster out and back in afterwards
