Always impressed by guys who can make nice guitars without loads of expensive tools, machines and still produce quality work, well done. Very nice guitar.

Why not put the camera close to the area you are working in -ie the neck ! Cant see glue spreader or any other detail !

beautiful build & vid. As I'm not a woodworker, does anyone recommend any of the kits out there? Like to find a body & neck & either wind/build my own electronics (that I can do probably 2nd try), or buy quality elec. & hardware. experiment w/bodies/sound later. TIA & yes I know it's the musician, not the instrument in most cases.
So this video is 3 years old am I'm just now seeing it on KZbin. I'd just like to say, from the beautifil hills of the Appalachia in wild & wonderful West Virginia USA where I currently reside, wonderful work on that guitar, and the playing demo is not too bad either if I do say so myself. I particularly like how you added a melody line over the chords and then added the harmony on top. Very nice.

One of the most inspirational guitar builds I will ever see. I now know after watching this video as well as contacting a certain tool/kit company for help (and received NO REPLY) that I could never attain this build. You Sir are the standard. Thank you for this incredible video!!

Great build! I would have some questions about the finish. Was the oil that you used linseedoil or something like that? What kind of product is that watco (red jar) that you used to make finishing coat.

Sorry if this has already been addressed I don't think I have the patience to read through all these messages but I'd love to understand the fret leveling rig you have set up. If there is an easy way to address it on here?
