Their music is all surrounded around mental health, not religion. The lead singer is a licensed therapist outside of the band. I don’t think they ever really talk about their own faith. I would’ve picked a different song of theirs like “therapy” or “strong for somebody else” or a more calm song “Waiting on the sun” or “would anyone care”. Though, if you’re looking for a music video, “Stronger than my storm” which is a mix of both a lyric video and you can see the band. “Unsaid” too but it’s not a personal favorite of mine so.. Yeah.

I think it’s just the way I hear music as a 34 year old that makes me not agree with the hype over her sound, like if I was in highschool a couple years ago means everything thats happening now was happening to the late teens early twenties version of me like all the fans of if it right now I’d probably like it, but context of life and everything you’ve heard leading up to a thing that you have to compare it to effects the way you hear it and when I hear her music it’s boring, it’s using too many gimmicks that were invented as a reaction to the previous but the previous has already successfully created pure melody at the top, and now if melody itself is the thing that needs to be reacted to, we have things like whole songs revolving around odd guitar effects like pulling the strings on the head or something and it’s like cool, I get it, but it doesn’t actually have a satisfying sequence of notes in my opinion

They now have a drum and bass playthrough of this song. Apparently filmed at the Ogden Theater in Denver Colorado while 15 of us were waiting to get in to the VIP meet and greet before the show. As easy as it is to hear the bass in this video, you really hear a lot of detail in the playthrough. Their newest song is called "Green Serpent" which is an exceptional song. One of their best.

Hey man, i just found your channel and i think you're the most real with your reactions. You don't sound fake with them. I feel like 99% of people listen to the song first and then pretend to play it off like they've never heard it before. It sounds forced and rehearsed and a lot of the time just seriously over done. I don't get that from you, and its refreshing. I do wish you might consider 1 thing. In your video where you listen to all of Glorbs stuff, and you played the entire song and then gave your thoughts about it. The constant start stop start stop takes so much away from the build ups and I think it really hurts what the artist is trying to do. Thats my only thing.
