Start finding preceptors early and keep a backup. I'm sitting out a session because my preceptor was denied. Also, buy the clinical guidelines book (the orange one he was flipping through in the video), it will help you make better scores on your i-human assignments in health assessment. That class is hard!!! Best of luck!!!

Hello! How's your eye doing? I've been following some well-known KZbinrs who have had eye surgery, and I asked them about their vision a year after the procedure. It might be a good idea to do a video update since PRK surgery is becoming quite popular. It would help those considering the surgery to know how your eye has progressed-like whether you're still experiencing dry eyes, poor night vision, or halos around lights. Or has your vision just continued to improve over time?

We had to pay 250 upfront but I believe we have to do 8% down once we get the car :)

Do we have to test out of any skills? Like, are they going to watch us and give us a pass/fail? Same as skills day in undergrad? I'm so nervous because I have Immersion weekend next term and they have given us exactly ZERO information as far as what to expect, what to do, where to go or even dates. I'm STRESSING!

Dont's stress out! They'll be sending out an email with all the details. As for the skills, they will not be grading a pass/fail but we are all required to perform the skills on each station and it is scheduled/timed accordingly. Tbh, it's a relatively 'light' activity.
