I've made this with and without success. The 1st time, I made it just like this and then added it to my food, but I cooked the garlic a little too much, no big deal it can be corrected. 2nd & 3rd time I made this sauce, I didn't burn the garlic, but I added cooked chicken to the sauce in the pan and the sauce broke both times... so the lesson here is... Do The Sauce Separate!

@@jpbanksnj always finish the sauce then add the chicken or sear the chicken, pull it out finish the sauce then add the chicken back. You will get it!!!! You’re doing great!

@@ayeeequanpsn5896 and I get it all day long. It’s a pound of watermelon which is more then generous. Food is not cheap anymore, it takes people to run a place and labor destroys restaurants. $18 covers food, labor, electricity, gas, insurance, linen, marketing etc.

EVERYONE needs a quality sharp knife and KNOWLEDGE of various meats so YOU can butcher those meats YOURSELF! It's not rocket science. In the end YOU will SAVE a ton of CASH!

The chain I use for stocks and the tip for my steak tip pasta and the rest for my carpaccio Little waste. I hit my numbers all of the time and my food cost is 15% I make millions selling food

i've been buying whole tenderloins for several years and, though i've gotten more adept at it, it's good to watch a great video like this one to gain another tip or two to tweak my technique. as a result, i've added beef wellington and chateaubriand to my repertoire, in addition to the good old filet fired up in the cast iron or on the grill.
