@@VelhaGuardaTricolor I guess being a real estate that gets paid only from commission, I can work zero hours or every hour of the day. It is up to me. That is one of the things that I love most about my job - that I can take a vacation or day off at any time or I can push hard and work 16 hour days if I want to.

Thanks. p.s. people commenting that they expect more luxury, this is aint your mid east arabs, or no taste russians where everything is platted in gold, diamonds. This is quiet luxury, old money. This is 1% of 1%. Whole different ball game. In usa to be 1% you only need a total net worth after debt- 5.8 million. Average annual income for these folks is 2.5 mil. Some of them make 5.8 mil in a year, some probably in a month.

Thanks. It’s mostly their “permanent” residence because if the tax advantages of living in Florida, meaning they have to live here at least six months and a day. A high majority of these residents also have many other homes all over the world.

I hate to say it but where I work, Compass Group is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They don’t care about anyone here. I work at a casino. The higher ups are lazy and don’t help out to make things easier for their staff. People are seriously burnt out, the turn over is high and the people they employ are always women who can’t lift over 40 lbs. so anyone who isn’t a woman has to constantly stop what they are doing to help them out. I work as a custodian/maintenance worker with Compass and I can’t wait to leave. This company so far has been abusive and unfair to its employees.

Elementary and middle still in the same spot but the neighborhood itself is way different from just 2008 so I can imagine how much it changed from the 60s.. my house was built in 68 and Ivr been here since 94.. I've seen some small changes over time but I still remember how it was before 2000 so I can imagine how it used to be at the start before Walmart on 57th. I remember when Walmart moved n turned into super Walmart back when there was a lot more cow pastures

I lived in Caro City from 1980-2016. I still go back often because I still know a lot of people who live there. It's completely different now. So crowded. It almost feels like Hialeah now.
