Isn't it considered stealing to record a live concert from the audience? Besides the sound quality is not that great you're not getting good stereo sound

Just because he linked it doesn't mean that he approved of it. It just means he's going to use it to his advantage. It's still stealing and he shouldn't have done it without his approval. If he did approve of it then go ahead and say so admit it. But if not you're a thief and a liar.
