Hi Steve. I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I are the proud new owners of Rio. She now has 94000+ miles on her, but still going strong. We wanted to thank you for the modifications you made on her and we look forward to many new adventures with her.

Hi Rialta owners. @danmack5504 do you still have Rio. I'm thinking of getting a Rialta and would love any feedback or advice.

@@0162tl Hi. No, we decided to let Rio go. The transmission started to shift a little funny, and after some research and talking to the experts we were told that if the transmission did actually die, one cannot buy a new one, and to have yours rebuilt would be close to 6-8 thousand dollars and 6 months to get it back. We ended up with a 2007 Leisure Free Spirit on the Dodge Sprinter (Mercedes) chassis. We have more room, more power and being a diesel, better milage. Plus, there is a million sprinters out there for parts.

Thank you so much. That is super helpful. It turns out Rio is for sale in New West. We had already decided it might be too much mileage but this confirms our decision. We really appreciate your feedback.

Did you have to remove cabinets, captain chairs and bench seat when you put down the laminate flooring?

That is the hardest layout to find!

Hey TR - thanks! I will do some measuring and get back to you. The fridge was in it when I bought it as was the storage box which I think came that way. The drawer is just a couple of sliders attached to a box that is the drawer. I made the drawer myself and put a metal bottom on it which was cut from auto repair steel that I bought at the hardware store.

Great video! What brand refrigerator have you installed & what are the dimensions? Please describe the drawer under microwave and storage box at rear window as I would like to incorporate these into my '97 Rialta.
