I just saw one of Mr. Blackburns' sons a few days ago, and it spurred me to check out your old KZbin channel. It's been hard for me to watch these videos though, as I miss you so much. That being said, I will forever appreciate the fact you did this. Miss ya dad.

I should have made an epitaph at Tom's funeral.....He worked off and on for me since 1984. He was my best friend.. We went a lot of places together....working in Nashville, Memphis, Little Rock, Chicago, Kentucky.......and went to Friendship to the NMLRA shoot, to the Dayton Hamfest....He always had an answer for everything.....Its been 19 months....I miss him.... ;'( God Bless His Soul...

There are some real strides to revitalize the area.A newly formed Community Development Corporation spearheaded by my mother and aunt who grew up here.If you really want information on the history of Sedamsville try Margo at the Cincinnati Preservation Association. She recently gave a presentation to our civic association on the history of the area. It was amazing. Sedamsville used to be the Napa Valley of Ohio.....wine country! Who knew some of the finest wines of the time were grown here.

Found your channel & this video from surfing for Fountain Square videos...lived there from birth till about 8 years old. Did he get to pull the lanyard on the cannon as he wished? Hope so... My Dad was a USMC 'Nam vet & Purple Heart recipient, my Uncle retired from IPD, then did another 20 or so with the Crime Lab, and as you can probably guess by my channel name I'm a Marine vet, so I've got the highest admiration for this vet's wartime and police service...

I live in Sedamsville

Sedamsville needs to be saved because it is part of American History dateing back to The American Revolution War. The founder my great great great Grandfather served with General George Washington and was given a land grant for payment for his service during the American Revolution War. .

Thanks for posting this, my family was from there, my mom went to Our Lady of Perpetual Help School and I think my parents were married in the church.
