Oh this shit is a real treat to use I suggest getting the larger amount cuz your gonna have it pop off before it even gets to the repair spot

This product needs to be applied 3/8" to 3/4" deep. If you have an area deeper than that, apply material to fill the area, leaving it down 3/8" to 3/4" deep. After it sets hard, then apply the material 3/8" to 3/4" deep to finish the repair.

Mindy: Only a little water should be added to the E-Z Patch 15 liquid and only if some of the water content has evaporated. Adding a lot of water to thin out the liquid excessively would weaken the product. E-Z Patch 15 can be used to repair the entire surface of the tile.

If thinned out, would this product also have penitrated into the surrounding surface cracks/crazing of this example tile as well to repair the entire surface of the tiles appearance?

How big of a volume do 10 pounds cover? What is the shelf-life of the product?

Does the rusted rebar need to be cleaned off with a wire brush before patching?

It is a good idea to remove any rust from the rebar but not totally necessary as the E-Z Patch 7 is a great sealing cement.

How long should I wait for E-Z Patch #7 to cure before applying E-Z Patch #1? Do I need to scarify the E-Z Patch #7 coat or just leave it flat?

After applying E-Z Patch 7 you only have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before applying a min. layer of 3/8" plaster over it . You do not have to scarify or do anything else to the surface of the E-Z Patch 7.

Not on that one, it does show the installation though. Mixing instructions are on the product container and also on the www.e-zpatch.com website. If you look on the E-Z Patch 2 Instructional Video, the same mixing applies.
