They're not deletedscenes, they were in the original tv and vhs versions of the first episide.

At least we're getting a brand new one from the director of You're Next and Godzilla vs Kong, Adam Wingard. From what I heard that this will be live action and CGI, and it would be much more faithful towards the original series.
