Is the subdivision flood free? I'm concerned that it gets flooded along Marcos Highway every hard rainfall.

If he doesn't say where exactly in Marcos Hi-way I'm 100% sure it's in one of those subdivisions that gets flooded everytime 😅 Yeah sure the house is flood free but access going in or out is always flooded 😅
