There is a very potentially dangerous thing when the court rules to what the common man would think . In its very nature the road traveled to be a judge the court can not speak to the thoughts of the common . How can you set aside knowledge when making a decision. As for the case was it ever thought to argue that Lucy was the one that was too drunk to go into this contract . That even thought he had always wanted to buy it that at that moment he was not able to enter into that agree, ent . And that zimmer was joking and making fun of an obviously drunk person perhaps to placate an obnoxious drunk individual. Or that there was underhanded behavior by Lucy in bringing the bottle of whisky an obviously stronger drink. Then what’s usually sold at a restaurant

1.) Race? There is only one race, Human! 2.) White / Black? Free White Person: is not a skin complexion! (So, you are not WHITE!) BLACK is the proper word to describe her! 3.) U.S. CITIZENS are not the Americans. Do not practice birthright thief! 4.) CHRISTIAN BLACK CODES OF 1724 is the problem. (Denationalization on the part of the de fact UNITED STATES quasi governmental.) or simply human trafficking is their doings! 5.) STATUS is the first issue at Law. Moorish American is the inhabitants nationality not US CITIZENS. 6.) U.S. CITIZENS can not use law, they use codes, statutes, regulations, UCC, ordinance and policy. U.S. citizens are not on their Motherland.

mentioning fiat during the presentation of contract law was improper if not explaining first what "fiat" means. This is poor educational delivery.

Let’s see: DOLLAR? Article 1, Section 10 of the said secured Constitution states “No States shall make any thing but silver or gold coin a Tender of debt.” Now, A “FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE (FRN’s) clearly one can read the small black print where it states - “THIS NOTE,…” Which is not a monetary unit, is not a dollar but fraud. Then there is the idea of buying land here at Al Morocco; that to which U.S. CITIZENS call America a country. You can not buy the Moorish American inheritance; Genesis Ch 10:6-20; & Public Law 97-280. For those who have a hard time comprehending this, Article VI, Treatise (1836 Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States and the Moroccan Empire: Article 20-23. Or Treaty of Tripoli: Article 11. Enough said!

It is remarkable how much long term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid, instead of trying to be very intelligent.

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

1. Skills are learned. Shadow someone that is good and learn from them 2. Develop a stragtegic relationship with the client, expland the relationship while it's hot 3. Ask Open ended question and be a good lisenter. Get client to talk about themselves. 4. Be creative, even though it might work looks like you are trying 5. Client needs first (1) Advise for client interest (not in your interest) to establish credibality (2) Convince client you are ALWAYS avaliable when they need you (fk worklife balance lol) 6. Be upbeat, don't share negative things to the client, emotions are contagious. 7. Learn bussiness oritented classes (1) Demystify the jaron, you need to understand the game terms to be inovlved in the game (2) Learn how the bussiness work, how people make decisions

30 years on Wall Street and I never met any big bank banker as polished as this guy. Truth is most bankers are not this well dressed, well mannered and well spoken. Many bankers are just street hustlers, tough guys, money grubbers, and liars or thieves.

Apparently a high percentage of inferior court judges and justices need to watch this video because they seem to be having major problems reading and understanding SCOTUS rulings in Heller v. D.C. (2008), McDonald v. Chicago (2010), Caetano v. Mass. (2016) and NYSRPA v. Bruen (2022). Either that or they're intentionally at "war against the COTUS"!!!

This is the most moving, educational classroom presentation I have seen from a law school on this platform. I have been studying law school professors in the classrooms of some of the most prestigious institutions, and find this one to be the most compelling. I am proud that American law schools, particularly U of V School of Law, are doing their part to bring awareness to students who will be our next prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges. Thank you😢

3 issues at Law 1.) Status 2.) Jurisdiction & Venue 3.) Adjudication Status: What Law, What flag, who’s land? United States citizens are not home. U.S. CITIZENS are not the Americans. The 13 United Colonies of New England (now styled as) THE UNITED STATES INC. are bankrupt, insolvent, and dissolved!
