You guys are not “The Florida Agents.” You are bullish!t artists. When we sold our last house, we had the place under complete surveillance. About 4 dozen agents came through in the first weekend, with their clients. We laughed at all of them and their complete ignorance, with the exception of 2. You know nothing about the history of Clermont and even highlighted a property built with the proceeds from an age old, swamp land scam. Just wait until that project comes undone. You 2 are scam artists and I can’t wait until you inadvertently burn a client and then they torch you guys. This is Lake County and the judges here, will give you that smoke.

This is on the top of my list when I’m 55! Do they allow hurricane colonial shutters? Is there a clause in the HOA that allows short term rentals/airbnb (I don’t want to live in a community that allows this)?

Moved down to North Clermont from Upstate NY and it’s honestly my favorite town in Florida. We have a beautiful downtown, rolling hills, and any store/restaurant you can think of. Different from the rest of Fla

I live in Ridgeview and from the rear exit to the Disney entrance it takes me 11-12 minutes and I go nearly every day !

@@TheFloridaAgents we moved from Massachusetts to Clermont so we can go Disney. It was taking 35-45 minute when we had to take 27-192. Schofield is a game changer for us and all the people who live near and go to Disney or Winter Garden. I also love going to Margaritaville 15-18 minutes and Old Town 23-25 minutes and taking my Corvette or my Camaro to the car shows on the weekends !

For this being so close to Montverde and Clermont, I am surprised that these homes are the low price that they are and the homes are close together. In my opinion, this community particularly dies not emit the same small town Luzury feel of which the surrounding areas do.

I like the way this builder constructs. Often times, in a strong hurricane, it is the wooden roof that compromises the house. In concrete homes you can be safe in a cat 4.

Questiins: are there other homes like this? Really dont want to be a first for a new building type. My neighbors apt was condemned due to issues with crumbling concrete. Also, what about flooding. Many homes if they withstand winds are destroyed by floods. Did you say the town? Ill rewatch.

Very glad to see you do a video on these type of walls home construction. We have these types of walls for our daylight basement home in Tennessee. They are very energy efficent and strong compared to wood or block walls.

I am planning to move to Central FL I live in Miami after your point of view I think I will decide to move to Clermont but after seeing all the reviews from home buyers I am scared to buy a house from all those builders, my concern is I have a house in Miami and never had a problem to sell my house to buy a problem because you are not buying a house you are buying a problem I don't know if I can be oriented from you it is no only for me a lot of people are scared to move on. Thank you, you are doing an excellent social work

The connection road from Sawgrass Bay to Flemings scheduled for 2026 is false. There was a meeting with residents, Lake and Orange county officials yesterday that did not go well.....18 to 24 months or double that to connect the road. The Orange Country side needs to take land by eminent domain which can take 2 years from now just to acquire BEFORE any construction starts....

I lived in Florida and no one I know swims in lakes. I don't think I would even kayak. I went canoeing and at the ramp where we got out, there was an alligator attack a year or two later. There are lots of pools and water parks for gator free swimming !

Exactly my thoughts! I don't understand how people talk about swimming in a lake in Florida. That's not a beach, it's a lake with sand thrown next to it. It's beautiful yes, but nope😂 Beach in Florida= sharks Lakes in Florida= alligators 😂 I know they're not waiting for you to get in the water and kill you, I know it's more probable that I die in a car accident than from a shark or alligator attack. I just don't feel like trying my luck 🤷🏽♀️
