Thank you Tony for sharing these videos.I recently bought a Prophet 10 for my keyboard studio which will arrive in a few days.I was reading stories about Dave I looked up online and saw these video links at Roger Linn’s website. I was surprised to read in the late eighties Dave moved not far from where I grew up at the time.I wish I had said hi to him at NAMM back in 2011 when I saw him and Roger together at the booth they were at but they looked busy at the time. Thanks

When I asked a dude from my college what my first outboard synth should be, he dragged me out to his car and showed me his mono Evolver keyboard. I bought my own. Before springing for the upgraded pots version of the MEK, I had an encoder issue. I called the support line, and the guy on the phone suggested DeoxIT. Matter-o-fact...he said he'd send me a little bottle free of charge. That guy was Dave Smith---in my mind, the Godfather of electronic music as far as I was concerned. This probably isn't the correct place to leave this comment, but I'm so appreciative. Thank you.
