No, you dont need good hardware for a good experience, you need a super computer for a good experience. My 4090ti super and 14900k i9 should not even think about struggling running this game. I can play cyberpunk on ultra 4k settings and maybe get 70% gpu utilization and fans kicking on medium speeds. Tried booting this game up first time on ultra, seen performance center at 95% gpu utilization, 164 degrees, and my fans sounded like turbo jet engines. This is unacceptable. I know as a veteran stalker player we dealth with issues involving the first two games and optimizations, but for a computer that theoretically should be able to comfortably run any game currently in existence without needing overclock or performance mode to run the way it does while playing this game infuriates me. They need to fix this, they need to make it THE priority, and they need the patch update to be sometime early this week. A life 2 and minor character floating bugs can wait, this game is borderline unplayable due to memory leaks and texture pack optimization failures.

If you follow the saga closely you can answer all this questions easily. IMHO Its becasue Ubisoft sucks, not because of developers, but because of creative direction.
