I want to run 150 miles from Galway to Wexford in august. Do you have any advice? I have no ultra experience but I ran a marathon in January. 4 months off and just started training this week

Get a coach and get a training plan! Ultra is a different beast and you need to have volume in your training a long way out. I had done an Ironman and a 100 mile run in the year before attempting this. I can't give any professional advice as I'm not a coach, but I'd say be careful. 4 months to train isn't long for that kind of distance

@@PaddyCartwright i'm a decent runner so should be fine. first week and i'm already at 75km. reading that training volume doesn't need to be much greater than marathon training too. Gonna focus on fueling a lot towards the end of the training

Thanks man! Great song isn't it! Yeah RAW. The c200 just can't keep up with most things unless you're shooting RAW

Perfect sentiment of my love of cycling. At 53 I recently picked up the sport after 25 years off the saddle, now I’m hooked, never letting this feeling go again.
