TLDW: Insert a cartridge (DS or GBA) before you turn on your DS, then turn it on, go into PictoChat, enter any chatroom and remove the cartridge. Firmware Version 1 - PictoChat freezes Firmware Version 2 - 2 grayish-blue screens Firmware Version 3 - 2 dark-green screens Firmware Version 4 - 2 golden-yellow screens Firmware Version 5 - 2 magenta screens (as shown in the video) Firmware Version 6 - 2 dark blue screens Firmware Version 7 (likely a DSi system) - DS system doesn't crash

My 05 town and country seems to have lost some recognition to the key programming when the battery went dead from sitting a couple months. The lock/unlock remote still works but the engine will not crank over when turning it even on a fully charged battery and trying a different good battery too. I don't have a scan tool or 2nd working key. Do you think your method will bring it back to life? It's sitting at my nieces house about 40 miles from here so I want to make sure I have a good chance of getting it started before making the trip. Also one clarification question on the procedure: In the description above step 1 is key in ACC. On mine the key is turned backwards just for ACC like to turn on the radio without sending power through the engine. For this procedure, is the key turned backwards in the ACC mode, or is it turned forward like when the engine is running? Thanks much, this is the most useful info I've been able to find online so far. Hoping it works!

I tried to do this way but it still isn't starting. All the lights are on the ignicsion and the radio plays the door windows run everything runs but it won't unlock the doors and it won't start yet. Got a brand new battery and and brand new battery in my keys done everything what can I do

So I got a 2005 sentra and it shifted fine into 1st 2nd and 3rd but I was going down the road and took off from a red light and now it's acting like it's stuck in 3rd gear I gotta floor it to get up to speed. Please help I know the motor and Trans are fine but it's gotta be something electrical.
