It's the only "simple" synergy I could think of to consistently see the Quetzalcoatlus ability (really just another excuse for a badger run).

@@razhmazh imo badger is one of best pets it is good mid game and late game plus everyone can use it because it is free

It does look out of place. So used to it being 1/1 and never scaling it. Five of a kind Fairy from shop scaling would be a sight to behold.

Shop scaling can definitely be a dull run until the final moments when you pivot the final team in.

Most definitely should have tried to tank but this was one of my first runs so I wasn't keeping a live count. Such a fun but daunting challenge to try to get to 100 gold. Love this community!

I'm trying to get a run over 100 gold still! It's a little more difficult that I originally thought.

Call an ambulance... but not for me.

I was so happy with this run. A normal game turn 15 you would have 150 gold available to you so the fact that I "didn't use" over half was good for me. It's hard to get a team like this to turn 20. I might have to go the Flame route for my 100+ submission by Sunday.

Sometimes it can't be forced and you just have to wait for the right opportunity! It can get frustrating to force a 2 or 3 squad win.

@@Metabrusk It was probably turn 19 or 20. Lioness and chicken scaled team, but just couldn't find chocolate or cracked egg. But, I was sure I would win either way, but I got destroyed by melons and all 50/50s.

@@Metabrusk Yeah, since I didn't have the level 3, I didn't care about it. 😁 But I got the egg achievement on another run. Now on to the fruit fly, vervet and snapping turtle(!)

I played some more games after this and Tatzelwurm seems to fall off hard but PDF stays strong the whole way through. Truly the GOAT. Snake is nice but not even needed when you have PDF.

You definitely need something to carry you along the way until they have a chance to pop off... as well as the high roll. Hopefully it'll come together soon!

I'm actually surprised this isn't in the game now considering pancake/pie/cupcake/cookie. Perhaps it would need a different name to line up with the other baked goods. Love the idea!

The Quetzalcoatl gives experience at the end of turn so it does not trigger in battle no matter what (you want to use "Faint" pets with the whale/mantis). The whale swallows at the start of battle and almost always the benefits will go to your team (like in the video with the Mammoth stats). The Praying Mantis & Deer lord are a lot of fun to use and very strong is used correctly. Check out my channel history or Troubadour's and you'll find a ton of Mantis videos! Edit: Just realized you're talking about Quetzalcoatlus (the new pet) and I'm pretty sure it would work with Deer Lord and Mantis but not sure with Whale!

Yeah I didn't do a good job explaining my b. I used to buy sell all of them individually but since it's all the same amount of gold then you might as well combine for the level up. Overall I just get confused a lot... lol

I feel like the Potoo is almost necessary to get the Brahma Chicken going. It is a fun weekly fersure! Cuckoo + Rhino is scary... I lost a lot of rounds to Rhinos.

I was literally on the edge of my seat while playing. Those jump/snipe teams are dangerous in the later rounds!

That would be really hard to win with but very funny to see haha. Maybe you forgo the hippocampus and go for some steaks instead with anubis in the back (or something like that).

Very cool but very specific. Would think this would have to be a golden pack pet (Customs doesn't seem worth it). Also my first thought was something like "If enemy has no trumpets, give them 5" which would be hilarious.

Yeah it still works like shown in the video. I got this run a night or two ago. If the Leviathan was in the mid spot then the fish would spawn and push the Leviathan to second position (behind the Mantis). It's super weird but there's a few pets that work like that I believe so I think I got the hang of it now.

I agree fully. It definitely felt underwhelming especially when it was getting late game and it didn't swallow anything because it was not level 3 yet and the other team had all above 12 hp. It was a fun concept to mess with but if I do anything else with with Goblin Shark it will definitely include the Seaweed/Ammonite strats. I'm trying to test pets semi-standalone to see what from the new update has viability to plug and play. So far the coconut crab is the only one that's felt very strong no matter what.
