Of course, the performance can vary based on factors like fuel, gear, and weather conditions, but overall, but 600 HP worked well for most trips. Our customers that own the boat love it and we’ve heard no complaints. While the factory does not offer the new Mercury 350hp motors, we can order the boat pre-rigged and install the 350’s here locally. Let us know if you'd like more detailed specs or a test ride!

Had a 15 foot whaler when in my teens (yes, i paid for it) and a buddy of mine and I were on Ohio river trying to outrun a storm when noticed capsized Hobie cat. Both being former lifeguards dove in to help a couple who couldn’t swim. Due to waves Whaler took on water amounting to probably 1/3 full. Floating gas tanks! Performed flawlessly. If ever have another boat, will be a Boston Whaler! Never should have sold, but was getting married and needed the $!
