I found a bug in the demo version and it is that you can't change to the grey political institutions as it is not available in the demo version of the game but however the bots can send you ultimatums telling you to choose like fascism or trade republic but that's the problem....hose are unavailable and yet to make peace you can also change to an not available political institutions......bruh
