@@rakeshsinghmaurya9593 tora means dark or black and jalkai means girl so it means the girl is dark with green mark on her forehead which is the translation of shinke khaal ye pe tandi banday. Have you see an afghan pretty women of dark color and marks that they have on their forehead and chin and around eyes, those marks appear green my aunts have them they get then tattooed on their skin.
