Shoot, I was baring weight a couple of days after my TLHR, and in 2023 when I broke my right hip, and the trauma Dr just pinned it I was baring weight in a day. Walking with a walker though. However, now I think I have AVN of the right hip that was pinned. I don't even want to think about this.

90% of the surgeries can be absolutely avoided . Bu, but Happy-Knife Surgeons don't like that idea, because the Natural Holistic Alternative Medicine can't bring trillions of money 💰 on the table because they also belong to Khazarian-MEDICAL-Mafia's Cartel in demonic F.D.A. & satanic C.D.C & evil BigPharmas's HogWash-Medicine. That's why we call the M.D. Conventional Medicine doctors : Snake-Oil Salesmen's Organization : *Pig in a poke* ..

72 year old male here, living in Switzerland. Have been eating low carbs since 1972 (Atkins - <50gr/day) and since around 2017 very low carbs (<25gr/day) . 188cm and currently (and for the last 5 years) 105kg. I was diagnosed in 1999 with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. Twice again in 2013. I was also diagnosed with diabetes Type 2 in 2014 (provoked through Spiricort given to suppress symptoms of Polymyalgia Rheumatica) and had a heart attack in 2018. For neuropathic pain relief I was started on Gabapentin and Cymbalta. Because of horrid cognitive side effects, Cymbalta was switched out for Effexor. Unfortunately, these cognitive side effects didn't stop, so I stopped using them. August 2023 I started taking therapeutic dosages of B1, B6, B7, B9 and B12 in addition to the R-Lipoic Acid, ALC, NAC and Omega 3 I′d been taking for years. All with knowledge and support of my GP and my neurologist Initially, after the addition of the neurotropic B vitamins, there was a huge improvement in my neuropathic pain. It, along with the numbness, receded by about 80%. All shooting pains, electric shocks and eventually the crushing steel sock feeling all reduced greatly and/or disappeared. By February, the numbness in my legs had receded from mid-thigh down to just above the ankles. Feeling started coming back in the thighs and calfs as well as the heels, ankles and even soles of the feet. December 2024 during a session with the medical podiatrist, the trimming and clipping of corns, calluses and nails was rather unpleasant, meaning much of the sensitivity in my feet had returned. „Bad“ was a sign of good, so to speak. This is what I take now to combat neuropathic symptoms as well as keep my blood-sugar in-check - and according to the CGM, they′re working (see below): ◦ Ezetimib/Rosuvstatin-Mepha 10 mg/10 mg - 1-0-0-0 (Mo., Wed., Fr., Sun.) ◦ Forxiga 5 mg - 1-0-0-1 ◦ Aspirin Cardio 100 mg - 1-0-0-0 ◦ R-Lipoic Acid 200 mg - 1-1-1-1 ◦ Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg - 1-0-1-0 ◦ N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 1000 mg - 0-1-0-1 ◦ Dihydroberberine 100mg - 1-1-1-1 ◦ Ceylon Cinnamon 300mg - 1-1-1-1 ◦ Omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg - 1-0-1-0 ◦ Magnesium 100 mg - 0-1-1-1 ◦ L-Citrullin 1200 mg - 1-0-0-0 ◦ B1 Benfotiamine 250 mg - 1-1-1-1 ◦ B6 Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (P5P) 40mg - 1-0-1-0 ◦ B7 Biotin 5 mg - 0-1-0-0 ◦ (B8) Myo-/D-Chiro-Inositol (ca 40:1) 2.0 - 2.5gr - 1-1-1-1 ◦ B9 Folic acid - (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolat - 2.25 mg - 1-0-0-0 ◦ B12 Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg - 1-1-1-0 N.B. As experience in my case has shown, even though I do not have diabetes -caused neuropathy, blood sugar spikes over multiple days -can- negatively effect my neuropathic symptoms. (see E Jager, J.; Kooy, A. below) So it′s not a simple idea of looking after one condition and ignoring the other - they are intertwined. I'd been taking Metformin since 2014 with sporadic GI distress and in September 2023 tried Berberine HCL together with Metformin, which at first drastically didn't agree with my gastro-intestinal tract. In April 2024 I stopped taking Metformin, taking instead 2.0 - 2.5gr - 1-1-1-1 Myo- / D-Chiro-Inositol and Dihydroberberine, also 1-1-1-1. As soon as stopping Metformin, my GI problems stopped cold and blood sugar levels on average according to CGM are around 6.5mmol/L with GMI (analog +/- HbAc1) of around 6.1%. LDL was 1.2 at last measuring. And literature shows, that Metformin -can- block the uptake of B12 in the nerve cells, resulting in … neuropathic symptoms. These measures above have helped some to relieve neuropathic discomfort, inasmuch as when I consume high levels of carbs, my neuropathic symptoms -can- increase, especially if the carbs stay high for several days. N.B. The above dosages of neurotropic B vitamins (B1, B6, B7, B9, B12) are so-called "load dosages", designed to start the pain reduction process. My neurologist and I decided to start adjusting to a "maintenance dosage" starting in July 2024, very gradually reducing the dosages until the symptoms start to return. The literature shows, that in about 50% of the subjects tested, a nerve regeneration process can be measured, for example through electro conductivity tests. Unfortunately for the other 50% not. BUT almost all reported massive reduction of pain and discomfort, whether or not regeneration takes place. And it was also determined, that after completion of the studies, those who continued to take the vitamins had no recurring pain/discomfort, whereas those who stopped did once again experience pain/discomfort. HOWEVER … when I did actually start to reduce the Benfotiamine, some symptoms crept back, so I′ve stopped reducing any of the neurotropic B vitamins. It would appear, like Cymbalta/ Effexor & Gabapentin, these neurotropic B vitamins are necessary for indefinite use, but without the horrid side effects.

So the PN was being caused by scar tissue? What caused the scar tissue? How does a UTI cause scar tissue in a location that could be palpated like Alcock’s canal…?

Please, somebody help me. I don't know what I have. I just want to be healthy. I have major lack of breath for years. And I was somewhat healthy before puberty. But I had a horrible stomach pain in my whole childhood. Now I just have a lack of breath therefore lack of energy and motivation. I'm a lot shorter than my brother (idk if that's a result of my lack of breath) I just want peace. It feels like my diaphragm doesn't do anything. cause it feels like it is motionless. I can't tell if my diaphragm is completely tense or the exact opposite. Everyday feels like survival. I just want to be healthy.

I am calling tomorrow to try to get the soonest possible appointment with Dr. Lakhiani. I 💯% believe with all my heart, God has led me to this man. I am 27 old-been a "medical mystery" since I was only 13. Through God, I was given the answers from Him guiding me to the Truth behind everything that happened to me. Since absolutely no drs out of the MANY l've seen, could offer me any. My story is a rare one, it actually ALL began in 2011; SB accident that caused what I like to call; "An Autoimmune Domino Effect" from the 2 Titanium screws placed in my left ankle my body rejected in combination with the SCl (pinched nerve in cervical from whiplash be the 🥎 hit me in the upper lip as I went down from the ditch my foot got caught in) + 3 lumbar herniated discs. Long story short... the last "domino" within all these connected, horrific conditions l've suffered from- was Pudendal Neuralgia. Hands down the MOST PAINFUL out of all of them. (To name a few: IC, PCOS/endo, ibs/ gastritis/gastroparesis, EDS/pots: from vagus nerve dysfunction from the whiplash etc) I'm in south jersey. The ONLY dr around that specializes in this condition (or so I thought.. haha)-is Dr. Banks. I see her this Thursday in Philly for another pudendal nerve block + trigger point injections into pelvic floor. I HAVE to go home with a catheter for a few days because back in March 2023; I was rushed to the ER hours after I came home from the one in Philly where I got the PN blocks, Botox & trigger point injections. My bladder would've ruptured if I didn't get to the ER in time. 3 BIG BAGS was extracted out of my bladder once they drained me. But my family found me naked in the hallway unable to move my lower extremities & passed out over 10x. Thank God for the awareness He gave me to scream for help, if I didn't land where I did; with my head right next to my brother's door... nobody would've heard me & they would've found me dead. Thankfully it worked out & I got there just in time. Except since then, my bladder has been the worst it's ever been. Not pain-wise necessarily but moreso every 10 minutes no exaggeration my bladder is full & I HAVE to go. Even without drinking any water! Nocturia I have been suffering from horridly ever since that day I almost passed away. The thing is, I just received my MRI test results. The EXACT thing i suspected I definitely had YEARS ago; demanding each dr I saw to investigate my suspicions-I am am now diagnosed with. Which is, several prolapses. 3.7 size medium rectocele. Medium cystocele & lastly-vaginal prolapse. I want surgery and before I knew about all of this, I requested to see Dr. Lakhiani on the website over a week ago-for my PN. I hope someone sees this! God willing🙏🏼 God bless y'all. I pray I get to see Dr. Lakhiani sooner than later! I feel strongly he's the last Dr to be apart of my "story"... hopefully the TRUE beginning of my healing; finally gaining my life back💓🙌🏼💯

I have been diagnosed with left Occipital neuralgia. I have been to so many doctors for over a course of 5+ years to try to figure out what was wrong with me. I was told that I was just having headaches that it was probably because of my weight. I am so happy and grateful that my new physician went to bat for me. Or else I would have never figured out why I suffer from chronic migraines daily.

Going to ask my MD for diazepam suppositorys. Lidocaine on q tip up rectum shows some benefit. Pudendal nerve is like a itch you can scratch, but feels like a tooth ache between your legs. Gabapentin and Oxycontin has side effects I hate. Just got MD to order MRI, then to urologist that for the most part was as helpful of a first year nursing student. He only suggested advil. Hopefully after MRI, to get surgeon that can help.
