Look gorgeous and I love you so so much, it feels great looking at some one grow from the beginning. You're lighting is on stop and so is your make up! The voice quality again is perfect. The information is equally amazing. Now we gotta work on the background. Everything so far so good

I know I’m late but I have some questions cause I’m thinking about applying (maybe!!) 1. What gpa did you have before applying 2. What gpa is required. And if you get a point lower for example (you need 3.4 but you have a 3.3) would you still get accepted? 3. How do you manage social life and school? 4. What’s the biggest challenge? 5. How will you pay off the student loans (sorry if that was personal I’m just curious for future reference!) 6. Can you get a dorm by yourself 7. Dorm or apartment 8. It would mean a lot if you replied if not that’s totally fine! (I wanna be a veterinarian in my future 🤍)

The worst thing about being a doormat is that, I don't even have that many boundaries but the one I do have, my mom wants to test it. I do not like sitting on my bed with outside clothes, so I have told my family about this same rule when they would enter my room. No one really sat on my bed anyways, but my mom, she just makes a face at me ask says, "Really? Not even your own mother?" And things like that to test me. I tell her not to sit on my bed and she has not done it, but she makes me feel agitated because she always does that routine when she enters my room. That's legit like my only boundary, and she keeps poking the bear 🐻 😭

It really does hurt so bad to self censor. I didnt know how much I did it until I was surrounded by the people I love, and I couldn't speak honestly with them when I disagree with what they were saying

hi!! i'm also a korean american student living in korea rn in an international school, and yale is my dream school. ur my role model-do you have any recommendations or tips for achieving this?? as of right now, i'm a freshman, and i'm not sure how to distinguish myself from others because the opportunities we have are pretty much similar.
@teaforthought10121 күн бұрын
my biggest advice is to find an extracurricular or subject that lights you up and you love to do, and just pour everything you got into that! genuine passion and interest stands out no matter what pool you're in. I know it can be daunting to think about "finding your true passion" because it's so commodified in the world of college admissions but just be honest with what you truly love and you can never fail <3 wishing you the best!

I think burnout culture is also fueled by social media, especially short-form video content like TikTok and Instagram Reels. For a lot of people who consume SFVC every day, your brain gets rewired to want immediate dopamine hits like the ones that you get after watching a short video. If you faze out watching very short videos and infinite content, you'll be able to (re-)develop the patience necessary to do more monotonous work for longer periods of time.

I'm a big people pleaser i don't even play the song i like because my friends and family doesn't like it... When someone around me i will do everything probably i never do when I'm alone.. if the food is not effecient for us im the who will say i will not eat just to make my family members think how good of a person I'm..im fed up with my own behaviour it's tiring and frustrating but I'm doing it for almost 15 years I'm afraid if i act differently people gonna think I'm weird.
@TheZhenya1914 күн бұрын
People are thinking stuff anyway. They're having thoughts anyway. They're gonna have thoughts and opinions when you're good and when you're not "good". Allow them to have those thoughts. They may think you're weird, but hey, they'll survive, I'm sure ;) Plus, people will treat you with more respect when you'll start treating your wants needs and etc like you value them.
