The NASA study was tested people who jump to the roof top of a house then bounced back with Olympics style trempoline. Not jump in your living and call it a day.

Im no scientific man, but humans are extremely efficient at running (unless American). We burn very little calories when we run on a flat surface. You wouldn't have to burn so many calories if you could put the fork down for 2 McSeconds.

You can 'prime' your lymph nodes to help move the fluid through your body by gently pumping them 10-15 times VERY GENTLY. if you want to manually stimulate lymph drainage you use the weight of a nickel. Any more pressure than that and the very sensitive vessels collapse, preventing drainage
