How did you learn this? Did you write it out, or just by ear? Either way, it must have taken awhile.

I wrote it down, and practice It slowly... For me It didn't take much to learn it, but It took a lot to do a "perfect" take so to speak... It's interesting... I enjoyed the process more than anything

Thanks a lot. I'm sorry, I really don't remember that mic configuration... I know there are 2 overheads and every drum has a mic... Mics brand is Shure. That's all I can say

Wow, okay, how did you play that solo and come right back in with the band on cue? Not to give your secrets away but were you using a click track or do you have perfect timing that you were able to play that much, at that tempo, and land on the "one" back in with the band? Incredible, thank you

Thanks! I was just playing along with Max in the headphones, if you listen closely you can actually hear his drums under my drums, but it's just lower in the mix
