I remember I was in Blockbuster in the early 2000s and asked about this movie and they said we don't have those kind of movies here I want to show it to my wife I think it was an important movie

This was a great show, mainly because it never took itself too seriously. Unlike its detractors. You, for example.

In the mid 80' while i was in the USAF i had a temporary duty to go to George AFB in Victorville Ca. I got to go see his museum and while their Roy came in the get a few things from his storage shed out back. I got to shake his hand and talked to him for a while. What a down to earth and fine man. He was also a very good bowler.

So maybe time travel is real. This movie could’ve been a documentary from 2024 and then a placed as fictional tale for 1973 audiences. Colors do look pretty amazing for 1973.

It's too bad that not a lot of people are familiar with Deanna because she had quit Hollywood at the age of 28 right after her last film For The Love Of Mary . She wasn't interested in The Hollywood life she married her third husband and moved to France

I lived in Glen Ellyn (the town Lucas was filmed in) for six years when I was a kid growing up in the 70’s. Quite simply the greatest place to be a kid! Every time I see this movie I get very homesick.

Rhoda was a great show but this video is a bit light on detail. "One actor didn't like another actor", "Another actor would only do it if their wife got cast too", if you're not going to say who it was there's no way of knowing if it was true or not so it's just random unverifable information which may or may not be correct. All a bit ambigious to be honest and half the pictures are not from Rhoda at all.

A slight correction...Peter Watts' phrase is "My God is full of stars.' Just one sentence. I really enjoyed this retrospective. Thankyou. Millennium was/is my favorite TV show, which is now paired with Mindhunter, the 2 season David Fincher series.
