Mate, I'm not trying to be a smart arse. But, if you don't use flame to cook and use the coals, you'll not burn the potato's. Flame is really hard to temperature control. All the best to you, I enjoyed the video...

Hi Matt.. a beautiful video you've placed that camera perfectly 😊 I'm watching your video with a song thrush fledgling... Unfortunately the nest fell from a large pine tree when a group of scouts cut down the tree to build their annual summer camp...with only one chick visible they automatically scooped it up and with the nest and bought it to me .. I've been looking after it for 3 days now, feeding it a diet of mealworms, earth worms and beetle grubs..looking at the size of it and comparing it to the ones in your video it was ready to leave the nest but I will keep a hold of it until I know it can fly and fend for itself. It really is the sweetest of little things and it was so nice to see and hear it also enjoying your video( it became very vocal) 😊 Thankfully I have a menagerie of animals and take in all waifs and strays to feed and nurse ... But I will be giving a little talk to the scouts about what to do when they come across wildlife in the future and how to protect their environment.
