How come there’s random textures? They look almost like part of a different map, as though this one was placed within an existing location. Is that (or whatever it actually is) just part of the necessary workaround as of rn?

@@Zed_B0T oh I thought that getting it with flut flut is easier because the increased jumps,but I just want to do it in any way because I got stuck on cell randomizer (flies cell before gate cell) and couldn’t find a tutorial😅

What is Open Goal exactly? Its an emulator like PCSX2 or what?

The game is decompiled, so you have access to the source code to do whatever you want with it. This includes original bug fixes, quality of life features, custom levels, mods, stable/high fps, and multiplayer. PCSX2 basically makes your pc "pretend" to be a ps2. This runs smoother.

I remember when I first got this game almost immediately when it came out back in 2003 I started up the game and I think I accidentally ejected the disc. And then I was in Sandover with all of the previous games assets and even the Metal Head Leader popping out of the Rift Ring…all before I even saw the stupid cutscene…

This makes me imagine how a Jak 3 mod would be a kind of total conversion of Lost Frontier, as well as a Jak II mod where it would be a kind of total conversion of the Daxter game for PSP.
