Good scooter, good choice! Couple of things from where I sit: 1) Ditch the speakers...part of the joy I get from riding my scoots is simply being ALONE for a while, no noise, no distractions; 2) The plastic panel should be available through various scooter marketplaces (Facebook, etc.) or online Honda Metropolitan groups; 3) The rear turn indicator lens should be readily available, perhaps even at your local O'Reilly's or AutoZone; 4) And last, ditch those front mudguard reflectors...I did that on both of my Vespas, and it makes 'em look much, much more "finished." Hope she'll enjoy riding!

These cars tend to hold up pretty well, I’d make sure it’s running good no noises ask if the rear differential is loud and howling because the differentials wear out, and I’d recommend the 2006-2007 v’s

I actually ordered my stuff through krutchfield and they can create a wiring harness for you for cheap and you just plug it into both ends and boom your good to go

I got one just like it almost mine is 49cc also I like it because it goes pretty fast about 40 that's a real rush to me going about 40 miles per hour and even faster down the hills gives me a thrill or something would like to try going about 90 never rode motorcycles before though only scooters so far.

I got one those had it for a lot of years starts every time I think it’s a awesome scooter. Put a lot of fun WOT miles on it and it’s still running strong of course take care of it and take care of you it’s even left me and the side of broke down just to fill up the gas and keep chugging along yes of course always bring tools cause you never know. Mine is 2009 with 16000 miles on it.

@@DoStuffDude yeah right now I’m running a cdi off of a dirt bike. I have a sweet motorcycle parts place/dealership near me that has tons of old motorcycles and scooters and cool old dudes that know everything about every bike in their place. They’ve helped me a ton. They love this scooter too.
