One of my favourites of Nick's songs. 🥰 There is a track on Family Tree called Come into the Garden that would probably benefit from being digitally 'cleaned' that has music from another unrelated track 'bleeding' into it; some people seem to like it and think it adds to the atmosphere of the track, but I can't make my mind up one way or the other without hearing it. 😀

This is a great song that Keith should've sung. Great cover too! There are many songs I wish he'd made. So that's why I make AI covers of him to keep his memory alive. Of course, not all of them turn out as hoped, but it's always worth a shot. Think you can do Keith Whitley singing "Used To The Pain" by Tracy Lawrence? I tried making that on Weights, but it didn't turn out well. But I know you'll do it well with the software you use. I hope to use that stuff after the first of the year and quit using websites. The websites have such crazy limitations, and they don't have all the functions needed.

Is pretty good, the acoustic demo had the makings of a great song. There is a sterile AI essence to this but give it a few more years and AI will be indistinguishable from actual reality with these sorts of things, kind of like quantum computing tapping into other dimensions and parallel realities...

Very interesting... How hard would it be to do, What Child is This (Greensleeves), trained to 1975 Gord's Gold voice ? Another key would be to get the right acoustic guitar accompaniment. Always thought he should have done a traditional Christmas album. Song for a winter's night included of course.

Wow! That wasn’t really Gordon Lightfoot who sang this song originally? I guess something about the style of the song always made me think that Gordon Lightfoot wrote and sang it. Despite a few flaws, that actually sounded exactly the way I thought I remembered the song. This is the first time I’ve actually had a Mandela effect experience. Of course, it’s possible Gordon Lightfoot did cover this song and I remember correctly. I would be interested to know what the difference might be between the method you use to create this and a form of digital sampling of Lightfoot’s voice.
@brandonmitzelАй бұрын
It was originally Jim Croce, which was very much inspired by Gordon Lightfoot. Gordon never really sang any of Jim's songs unfortunately
