It's actually quite difficult to modify the structure once built, so very short term thinking. Also, it's difficult to reuse materials if they're cementitious

Yo quiero que crezcan. Yo quiero que tengan más éxito del que tienen como institución. Siempre estudio sus trabajos para mi arquitectura paramétrica. En IAAC encuentro un manjar de lecciones y hasta nuevas aventuras en tal disciplina. Espero que siempre crezcan en prosperidad, número, complejidad, hazaña y logros. Dios les tiene gran camino e inspiración. La arquitectura paramétrica formal necesita divulgarse más y volverse un serio estilo de trabajo junto a la ciencia como actualmente está suscitandose. Les agradezco desde lo más profundo de mi alma el gran trabajo puesto en su institución, sus enseñanzas todo lo que me han enseñado a distancia sin haber estado allí. Me he vuelto un aprendiz de la arquitectura paramétrica por tantos trabajos interesantes en su aula. Crezcan con fuerza y nunca se detengan. Los panes y peces se multiplican a través de sus trabajos.

Entregar constructividad en zonas de mayor valor para obtener suelo público en zonas de menor valor es un acto de segregación económico que tiene como lado negativo los Convenios Urbanísticos de CABA. Eliminar la mayor edificabilidad y conceder cuestiones que tengan que ver con la morfología podría calibrar un instrumento que hoy la sociedad en CABA rechaza y se encuentra frenado por sus graves desequilibrios ya mostrados en los 12 casos que se encuentran aprobados. La idea en sí es buena, hay que ajustarla.
