Future traffic studies must more thoroughly examine the rush hours when accidents are happening. Multi day studies from 4-6pm. A 24 hour study in this area is not capturing all the near misses and issues that are the highest risk times. Install a camera. This is not a traffic count issue. The severity of accidents are much more impactful than the historical counts. Thank you.
