I agree for a procedure that requires many steps to prepare, showing just a picture with audio in a KZbin video is just dumb, or maybe lack of preparation. More so when promoting a product. I can understand the language but I'm missing the details that are crucial to nail down all how to use the product properly. A video would have demonstrated it quite easily. One of the most common pitfalls of faculty teaching using a PowerPoint.
