Do you recommend learning in sneakers or socks? Is it hard to transition from socks to sneakers? I’d like to start socks cause I can use my daughters room with mirror in the morning as quiet as possible 😅

I’m on day 5 of learning to shuffle as a middle-aged mom (previously from Austin - missing Lake Travis and the hill country!), totally just focusing on running man right now thanks to your emphasis on how important it is to master the basics - it’s going well and feels good up to ~110 bpm, then falls apart any faster 😂.
