Prepared doesn't mean repaired. So the answer is correct, the room meeting is ready to use. While on number 30, the man asked the woman about his clothes choice, a blue jacket with a pair of long pants. She said that in this heat, cotton pants will suit him better. The reason is the weather is hot, wearing warmer clothes will make him sweaty. So the answer is correct, he should wears cotton pants.
