@@20markoliver they do that with everything. My kids don’t need a full hotdog. Trust me if they did I would give them a full one. I don’t skimp my kids.

Buying a new phone every year is definitely a scam. They do eventually update stuff to where your phone isnt powerful enough, or make it really hard to replace the battery to force you into buying a new phone. Also you got to broaden your kids minds on vegetables. Growing up my mom would always boil frozen vegetables and i hated them. Moved out on my own and realized steaming and grilling are a thing that keeps them crunchy and now i like them so much more. Kids are tough though.

yes my grandma taught me how to cook and clean she always said she wants us to have those life skills when we move out the house and i use to cook with my mom all the time

Yeah my mom didn’t teach me either . My mom’s not a fancy cook or anything but when I was growing she did cook just didn’t teach me

My mom didn’t teach me either and when I ask her why she tells me no one taught her, or when I ask her to show me now she asks how I can possibly know “when it’s so easy”

I feel like overtime the generations just changed. It’s no longer “normal” to teach your daughter how to cook.

@ yes but it shouldn’t be like that!!! We should be teaching our children how to clean and cook!!!! They’re literally necessary for every day life!!!!!

@ I definitely agree! That’s something I’m going to teach my daughters because it’s definitely not normal to not teach your children to cook and clean!

I don't know if I can say I was taught how to cook I liked to sit in the kitchen and watch Over time they share info or I would ask questions. ❤

I prefer paper products but my bf rarely buys them so I wash dishes at least 3x a day and hate it

@ I only wash that much to avoid having a sink full I’m sure I could manage to break it down to only 2x but that’s on a good day if I don’t make 3 full meals 😩😩😩

In America we have paper and foam plates. I guess it’s an American thing. America have made things easy for us🤷🏽‍♀️

So because you did dishes as a child, you’re good with ruining the environment AND feeding your precious kids chemicals off that plastic & Styrofoam? Time to grow up and be a mom. Dishes everyday is the norm… you honestly feel that’s a hassle enough for the trade in health? I’ll never understand, it just seems SO lazy to me, and I am NO Nara Smith!!! 😂

I actually feed my kids off their plates every single day. I’m super busy as a mom I have a 1,3 and 10 month old. Tons of house chores plus I work and cook every single day on top of all that I have to make time to study my bible. I will not be washing dishes everyday. I will relieve my stress by buying foam plates🤷🏽‍♀️

Using disposable plates is super American. I'm Canadian and no one uses paper plates here unless it's a BBQ or birthday. Using paper plates every day is super wasteful and expensive.

Honestly in America disposable plates don’t cost a lot. You can get like 150 for like $5/6/7 dollars. It is wasteful but not expensive.

Since it's just us two, I use silverware and paper plates unless it has a lot of sauce than it's glass and silverware. You do you girl! No judgement here!!

Awww! Thank you I appreciate that so much! And lol you noticed yeah I don’t want to shove a camera in my kids face they may regret it when they’re older. So I always try to keep them private.
