SP MT never pulled the silver cars! PRR T1 never pulled 1948 Broadway Limited cars!

First introduction could mention location by street name for the West Sacramento setup. I was unfamiliar with the bakery or model area even though there are a lot of areas to model in West Sacramento. Sometimes I use Google earth sat images for ideas too.

Actually, I see the real double stacks on NS crossing the Ohio River in Kenova, WV on the Heartland Corridor several times a week. It looks just like your model. Great layout and train, thanks for sharing.

Not very useful the title said it would give me information about how to break in a new locomotive that's what I was looking for not footage of somebody operating their layout.

I run mine in both directions at different speeds for about 30 minutes each direction. 10 minutes forward fast, then 10 backward medium then 10 forward, etc. Then I hook up a coal car with some weights in it and do the same thing, 30 minutes in both directions at different speeds. You are basically seating the brushes, polishing the commutator, and working the gears.

They look like the MTH cars. You might have to wait for ScaleTrains to make them in another year or two to get the same ones.
