As an epileptic person I love listening to these even though after seizures I would only sleep for over a whole day only waking up when I had to (I’m currently 1 year seizure free because of one odd occurrence but without that I’d be 4 years free). And when the audios say something about it being scary I imagine it as one where you stay conscious I thankfully never had one of those
