Recently My wife filled case 498A against it is sure false case but to prove that I have to wait 5 to 10years in India, this is Indian Judiciary, first time i felt why iam an Indian, because wifes not allowed kids to meet with father then why father need to pay money to her, Men also have emotional bond with kids, when wife not allowed kids to meet then men why we have to pay money, men are not ATM Cards, if wife allow to meet kids then 100% stress will not be there for father, he can legally wait for judicial case, once wife filled case immediately both parents should have access to kids if not FIR which filled by wife immediately should cancelled
