Such a beautifully orchestrated and underrated track! The transformation of Lord English’s motif to a more chaotic, almost Victorian style is genius, and I wish more songs would try to capture the sense of omnipresent chronological terror this piece brings to the table. Tl;dr - A really good piece.

It’s like the song of the new era. Homestuck fandom’s early stages was Crystalanthemums, peak was Crystalmethequins, subtle death / falling out was Crystal hung in firmaments descent, and the calm rebirth or gradual revival (With Hiveswap Act 3, Requiem Cafe, etc.) is this song. What a world we live in, cheers to all of you new era explorers such as myself, our future shines bright like a green sun.
