Question, why does none of the footballers taking notes. Only just watching? I see nfl players taking notes while watching film.

Cheers to Jose saying that how he did, very difficult to explain a situation like that but he definitely stood by his player, there is no doubt in that...

One of the things a lot of people aren't fully aware of is the fact anyone can beat anyone on a good day because all of these athletes have similar physicality so decision making and skills are of upmost importance and why you should never underestimate anyone. Jose is a true professional. Mistakes will kill you in this game. The only way to deal with the mistakes issue is to grind out these plays in training so each player has a keen sense of the game before and after the ball comes to them. Jose obviously understands this but the players must understand this as well because they are the ones playing out there. Football IQ goes just as far as physical fitness and skills.

The only right mindset in top tier professionalism is to grind out the areas you lack proficiency in. Eric is right about Dele. His attitude is childish. You don't need to bring up faults more than once. Say it and follow it up with a plan to address and improve the problem in training sessions.

I see why negative and angry energy can drive a team but not for long, this negative angry energy monster mou brings to every club gets tiring after 3 seasons and they start to rebel. Klopps positive energy is much better for longevity.

he’s literally installing fear into the players which isn’t always beneficial for them they need to be made to play with freedom and joy and that’s how they will propel

I’m am sure , but please correct me if I am wrong, that his second season in charge at Chelsea, that team with the defensive mentality only conceded 11 goals all season?, a Premier League record. He would’ve been a perfect replacement for George Graham at Arsenal, same attitude, fight and desire, either way we were onto a winner, eventually we got Arsene, whilst Tottenham went through about 500 managers, sucks to be you!.

its hard to craft the mentality amongst a group not a craft so much as having acute social awareness and ability to express it to create the environment where teamwork that mourinho talks about will take place - which is an entirely different thing from simply telling it to a group as they do here
