Hopefully I understand your question correctly, but you should be able to simply disconnect the hose(s) and apply pressure to the ram (come-along or jack).

Yes, it has a filter inside the tank (large rectangular tube the axles attach to) on the return line. Looks like 6 screws to remove it.

Splitter actually performed better than I had expected. Being made in China I had visions of having to fix things to make it work but so far I have not had one regret about purchasing or had to fix anything on it. I did a review video as well so be sure to check out my other videos as when I purchased this unit it was a blind purchase due to no reviews out there. I did check out the other video and thank you for that. I believe that the engine is a Kohler and Kohlers have been pretty good engines from what I recollect over the years.

Where did you get your driver instruction? In this case he needed to yield to me (since he wanted to change lanes) and the driver of the oncoming ramp vehicle needed to yield to him (traffic already on the highway). I truly don't think a lot of drivers out there know that if they are on the ramp they need to yield to traffic (seen this many times where ramp vehicles think they can just pull out there without yielding to traffic). Anytime you change lanes you need to "YIELD" to traffic in that lane by law, safety, courtesy and just plain common sense. That is like saying you can just pull over anytime without even looking. What makes you think I should have waited rather than the turd truck waiting to change lanes? I wasn't changing lanes as I was driving down the same lane for quite a stretch. Guarantee that if this ended in a collision and this video shown that the turd truck driver would have been charged with "Failure to yield" and rightfully so. Always have a dash cam.

@@Charlie-qe6lv You realize that truck has a set of brakes just like my vehicle. If it does not then he is in violation of DOT standards and should be fined for just being on the road. If like you say, I should have stomped on my brakes well, turd truck should have as well. Likewise the car merging onto the highway does as well and really should have yielded altogether.. I am starting to see why there are so many accidents daily due to drivers that do not obey the laws and have some common sense. It is rather apparent that the turd truck driver simply put on his blinker, glanced in his mirror, did not check his blind spot and just decided he would pull on over to the left. Let's say I was 4 feet further ahead, should I have slammed on my brakes? Were you the guy driving the turd truck?

​@AcreageHappenings Where did you get your license? It obviously isnt a cdl. A truck full of liquid cant change speed on a dime. It's safer to merge over. Dont be an asshat and cut them off when they clearly needed to get over.

Obviously the car merging was not in his blind spot otherwise why would be move left?? As for blind spots maybe I had a better driver education instructor than others? Regarding blind spots and what I was taught.....Check your mirrors first, then quickly glance over the shoulder in the direction you plan to move. Apply your turn signal, and if you can confirm with your glance that the blind spot is clear, you're safe to make the maneuver. Never assume that because you can't see a car in your mirrors it's not there. As always and I tell my kids other "watch out for the other idiot"!

Blindspot is zero excuse. Cars don't just magically appear in your blind spot, they drive into it, usually very gradually, from being fully visible. Put WhatsApp down, pay attention and you won't have any Blindspot problems.

I disagree that the car with the camera was in his blind spot...his mirror might have been out of adjustment but the driver could be seen in the mirror just before he moved over on him...I saw the car merging long before the turd truck merged on the camera car...most likely driver was eating...texting...talking on his phone or playing with himself...HE CERTIANLY WAS NOT AWARE of his surroundings! His driver side mirror even had a small round mirror in his mirror to show the blind spot?
