Does Vi do any singing on this album? She is one of my favourite jazz vocalists.

Indeed, there are 2 distinct jazz pianists named Gene Harris. This one unfortunately had a small discography limited to the 1950s.

If you ever buy this CD, I meed to make a correction. A tune called Blue Waltz which is credited to Marlene Rosenberg as the composer, but the tune is actually called Waltz For Evans and I am the composer which I recorded with Joe on a Muse album called Akio with Joe Henderson Marlene is my friend back in Chicago days and she called me after this CD came out saying that was not her idea, but somehow the name was changed and she became the composer.

I love Nancy Wilson's rapport with the band and the audience in an intimate jazz club, it's music just to hear her voice.
